Paper trays and feeders for printers and MFPs

When an office prints a lot, the factory 250-sheet tray empties fast. Every 30–40 minutes someone has to refill, stand up, walk over. At that volume it’s real lost time. A 500–1,000 sheet add-on tray fixes it in one purchase.

Sometimes the opposite happens — the OEM tray breaks: cracked plastic, snapped guide, jammed latch. Swapping the tray restores printing without a major repair bill.

Tray types

  • Input trays. Primary paper storage. Typical capacity 250–500 sheets of A4.
  • Optional feeders (PF, paper feeder). Bolt under the printer to add a second or third cassette. Often ship with a wheeled stand.
  • Output bins. Catch finished pages. High-volume models may add sorters or finishers.
  • Bypass / multipurpose trays. For envelopes, letterhead, heavy cardstock.

How to choose

  1. Fit. Printer trays are model-specific. HP LaserJet Pro trays do not fit Enterprise chassis and vice versa.
  2. Capacity math. ~500 pages/day — stock 250–500 trays may be enough. 2,000+ pages/day — plan for a 1,000-sheet feeder.
  3. Media size. Need A3? Confirm the tray supports it.
  4. Workflow. Keep a dedicated bypass path for pre-printed forms and envelopes.

Compatibility

Feeders are ordered from the printer SKU and part number. HP LaserJet, Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE, Xerox WorkCentre, Kyocera ECOSYS — each family has its own accessory list. Pricing and availability track the hardware generation.

Why Euro-Parts

  • OEM and compatible trays in stock.
  • Warranty.
  • Model matching. Need an extra tray or a replacement OEM cassette — we’ll narrow the list.
  • Delivery across Ukraine. Ship to Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and regional branches — or pick up where available.
