1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") of the company DLC Dynamics s.r.o., with its registered office at Teslova 1129/2b, Přívoz, 702 00 Ostrava, (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), regulate in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Contract") concluded between the Seller and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") through the Seller's online store.
1.2. The online store is operated by the Seller on a website located at www.findtechsupply.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.3. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Contract.
2. Conclusion of Purchase Contract and Order
2.1. The presentation of goods placed in the web interface of the store is of an informative nature and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract regarding these goods.
2.2. The Buyer sends the order to the Seller by clicking on the button with the text "Binding order to pay". The data stated in the order are considered correct by the Seller.
2.3. The contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer arises upon delivery of the acceptance of the order, which is sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail.
3. Purchase Price and Payment Terms
3.1. The prices of goods are stated including value added tax (VAT) and all related fees, except for the costs of delivery of goods.
3.2. The Buyer can pay the price of goods and any costs associated with the delivery of goods according to the purchase contract to the Seller in the following ways:
- cashless transfer to the Seller's account;
- cashless payment by card (if the web interface allows it);
- cash on delivery at the place of destination when taking over the goods.
3.3. The Seller is a VAT payer. The Seller will issue a tax document – invoice to the Buyer regarding payments made on the basis of the purchase contract.
4. Withdrawal from Contract (Return of Goods)
4.1. The provisions of this article apply only to the Buyer who is a consumer (i.e., a person who does not act within the scope of their business activity). Entrepreneurs (B2B customers, service centers) do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days. The period runs from the day of receipt of the goods.
4.3. Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be sent to the Seller within the period specified in the previous paragraph, either by e-mail to: sales@findtechsupply.com or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.
4.4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears the costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller (postage).
4.5. The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn and, if possible, in the original packaging.
5. Rights from Defective Performance (Claims)
5.1. The Seller is responsible to the Buyer that the goods have no defects upon takeover.
5.2. If the Buyer is a consumer, the warranty period is 24 months. For Buyers who act as entrepreneurs (B2B), the warranty for quality is provided for a period of 12 months (or according to the manufacturer's specification).
