The Tenda TEG1008D is an unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch for adding wired network connections. Its 8 RJ45 ports auto-negotiate 10/100/1000 Mbps, so each connected device can use a supported link speed without manual port setup.

Plug-and-play operation requires no configuration. The switch provides up to 16 Gbps of backplane bandwidth and non-blocking wire-speed forwarding. Support for 9K Jumbo Frames is intended for handling large files, and loop detection and prevention add network management functions.

The full-metal housing supports desktop placement or wall mounting. TEG1008D can add Gigabit Ethernet connections in a small office, school or other network.
