MikroTik FiberBox Plus (CRS305-1G-4S+OUT) is a network switch for outdoor installations. Four 10-Gigabit SFP+ ports provide fiber connections, while the Gigabit Ethernet port is available for management or PoE-in power.

It runs RouterOS v7 or SwOS on a 32-bit ARM architecture with a 98DX226S CPU and 256 MB RAM. The IP66 rating and tested operating range of −40°C to 70°C suit outdoor installations such as networks mounted on masts or poles.

Power can come through the DC jack or 2-pin terminal at 24–57 V, or through 802.3af/at PoE-in at 42–57 V. Package contents: 48 V 0.95 A adapter, K-41 and K-72 fastening sets, Gigabit PoE injector, and hose clamp.
