The StarTech.com USBC-HDMI-CDP2HD4K60 connects a USB-C device to an HDMI monitor, TV or projector, providing a display connection for compatible laptops and tablets.
It supports resolutions up to 4K (3840 × 2160) at 60 Hz. HDR is also supported when the USB-C port supports DisplayPort 1.4 and the display supports HDMI 2.0b, allowing compatible equipment to show HDR content.
The adapter uses a USB-C DP Alt-Mode input and an HDMI output, with a 13 cm cable, and supports one display. The device’s USB-C port must support DP Alt Mode for the adapter to work.
