T8611 SFP MODULE LC.LX

AXIS T8611 SFP Module LC.LX (5801-801) is a pluggable transceiver for adding a fiber-optic network link to devices such as switches and routers. It is designed for single-mode fiber connections where a longer cable run is needed.

The module works with single-mode 9/125 μm fiber and supports transmission up to 10 km. Its 1,310 nm FP laser diode provides the optical transmission, while SFP MSA compliance supports use in compliant SFP ports.

A loss-of-signal feature can report a lost or unusable connection to the host system. This lets network equipment respond with a fallback route where the system provides one. The industrial-grade module is specified for operation from -40 °C to 65 °C, making it suitable for network installations with a wide operating temperature range.
