Adder XDIP-EURO Single Link HDMI & USB is a configurable KVM extender unit for carrying computer video and USB over an IP network. Set the unit as a transmitter or receiver to extend a workstation connection where standard direct cable runs are insufficient.
The XDIP platform carries HDMI video, USB 2.0 and stereo analogue audio over network cabling, with Cat5e as the manufacturer’s stated minimum. It supports resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz. Depending on the setup, XDIP nodes can form a point-to-point extender, a distributed KVM switch, a KVM sharing arrangement or a small matrix for connecting computers and users.
The EURO suffix identifies the European mains-lead variant. The distributor lists a metal housing. In the box: AC adapter, 2 m HDMI cable, 2 m USB Type-A-to-Type-B cable and 2 m 3.5 mm audio cable.
