DICOTA Privacy Filter 2-way D50015-2SM is a side-mounted privacy filter for 14.1-inch, 16:9 displays. It limits views from the left and right, with the effect starting at about 30 degrees, helping make screen content less visible to people nearby in libraries, open-plan offices, airports and trains.
Made of PET, the filter measures 311.0 × 175.0 × 2.0 mm. Plastic holders and adhesive dots attach it to the display; you can remove the filter while leaving the holders on the device. Touchscreen operation remains supported, and the filter reduces blue light by up to 42%.
DICOTA also describes this model as reducing reflections and fingerprints and providing scratch protection. Its two-way viewing restriction is suited to using a display around other people in shared or public spaces.
