ARCTIC MX-7 ULTIMATE Performance Thermal Paste, ACTCP00091A is an 8 g thermal paste for transferring heat between a processor or graphics chip and its cooler. It is suited to CPU and GPU cooling applications.

Its dense, viscous consistency comes from a high filler content. ARCTIC advises applying the paste in a cross pattern rather than spreading it with a spatula. Once the cooler is mounted, its contact pressure distributes the paste into a thin, even layer across the contact surface.

The paste is grey and electrically non-conductive, according to the manufacturer. ARCTIC lists use with CPUs, GPUs, laptops and console processors, making this 8 g pack suitable for thermal interface work across those device types.
