Freezer 4U-Sp5 - 4U Server

ARCTIC Freezer 4U-SP5 (ACFRE00158A) is a single-tower CPU cooler for AMD SP5 processors in server racks sized 4U or larger. Its intended platform and rack format make it suited to server builds where space is limited to that form factor.

The heatsink combines 10 direct-touch heat pipes with 62 aluminium fins. Two 120 mm fans use PWM control and have a speed range of 300–3300 rpm, allowing their operation to be controlled through a compatible PWM connection. The fans have 4-pin connectors. Listed airflow is 81.04 cfm (137.69 m³/h), with static pressure of 4.35 mmH₂O.

The cooler measures 124 × 147 × 145 mm and weighs 1512 g. Package contents include an ARCTIC MX-6 thermal compound syringe containing 0.8 g.
