The PLANET IGTP-825AT is an industrial media converter that links a fiber network to Gigabit Ethernet while supplying PoE power to a connected device. It has a 1000BASE-X SFP data input and a 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 port for data and power output.
Its RJ45 port provides IEEE 802.3at PoE+ up to 30 W and supports IEEE 802.3af devices as well. The SFP slot supports 1000BASE-SX/LX/BX modules; the fiber distance depends on the selected module, with PLANET describing links from 550 m to 120 km.
The IP67- and IK-10-rated aluminum case is designed for wall mounting and operation from −40 to 75 °C. Power enters through a 2-pin terminal block accepting 24–56 V DC. PLANET lists outdoor PoE access points, IP cameras and IP intercoms among its applications.
