Drive Bay Panel 2.5" Storage

The ICY DOCK ToughArmor MB991IK-B is a removable mobile rack that lets you fit one 2.5-inch SAS or SATA hard drive or SSD into a 3.5-inch drive bay. It provides a convenient way to mount and access a smaller drive through a standard front bay.

Its tray accepts drives from 5 mm to 15 mm high, accommodating a range of 2.5-inch drive profiles. The removable design supports drive maintenance, and SATA hot swap allows a drive to be changed without removing the rack from the bay.

The full-metal construction is paired with ventilation channels for passive cooling. A front LED indicates drive activity, while EMI grounding is designed to protect the installed drive from electrical interference.
