The Omada EAP683 UR is an AX6000 ceiling-mount WiFi 6 access point for providing wireless network access in business and shared spaces. It connects to a wired network through one 2.5 Gigabit PoE+ port.
The dual-band design uses internal 4×4 MIMO antennas. Its stated maximum rates are 1148 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 4804 Mbps on 5 GHz. WiFi 6 features include HE160 and 1024-QAM, which support high-capacity wireless connections with compatible client devices.
The access point integrates with the Omada SDN platform for centralized management. Omada Mesh and Seamless Roaming are supported through Omada SDN controllers. Power is supplied by 802.3at PoE or 12 V / 2 A DC; a power adapter is not included.
