10Gbase-Sr Sfp+ Lc Transceiver

Omada SM5110-SR is a multimode SFP+ transceiver for adding a 10GBASE-SR fibre link to network equipment with a 10G SFP+ port. Its LC/UPC interface connects to multimode fibre, making it suitable for short-range, high-speed links within a network.

The module transfers data at 10 Gbps using an 850 nm wavelength. It supports 50/125 µm and 62.5/125 µm multimode fibre, with a stated maximum reach of 300 m over OM3. Hot swapping allows the module to be inserted or replaced without powering down the equipment, while digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) provides link diagnostics.

It is compatible with switches that have 10G SFP+ ports and conforms to the SFP+ MSA. The package includes the TL-SM5110-SR module and an installation guide.
