ASRock X870 Nova WiFi is an AMD X870 motherboard with an AM5 socket for desktop PCs using Ryzen 9000, 8000 or 7000 series processors. It provides room to add memory, graphics and storage as you build a system around a supported CPU.
Four DDR5 slots support dual-channel memory up to 256 GB. A PCIe 5.0 x16 slot accommodates a graphics card, while a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot operates at x4; available modes depend on the processor and installed storage. Five M.2 sockets support two PCIe Gen5x4 drives, two Gen4x4 drives, and one Gen3x2 or SATA3 drive. Two SATA3 connectors offer additional storage connections.
For network access, the board has Realtek 5GbE, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Its rear panel includes two USB4 Type-C ports rated up to 40 Gb/s and HDMI. Using USB4 for display output requires a processor with integrated graphics. Realtek ALC4082 7.1-channel audio with Nahimic Audio, a tool-free M.2 heatsink and BIOS Flashback are also included as board features.
