The MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI is an ATX motherboard for desktop builds based on Intel processors with an LGA 1700 socket. It uses the Z790 chipset and supports Intel Core 12th, 13th and 14th Gen processors, as well as Pentium Gold and Celeron processors.
Four DDR5 slots support up to 256 GB of non-ECC, unbuffered memory, with Intel XMP 3.0 support for memory profiles. Storage options include four M.2 slots for PCIe 4.0 x4 drives and six SATA 6G ports, giving room to combine compact drives and SATA storage.
For networking, the board provides Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, alongside wired Intel 2.5Gbps LAN. Expansion includes a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot. HDMI and DisplayPort outputs support up to 4K at 60Hz when the installed processor has integrated graphics. The ATX format measures 243.84 × 304.8 mm.
