The IOGEAR GCL1800 is a rack-mount KVM console that brings a display, keyboard and touchpad together in one unit for local access to connected computers. Its 17-inch TFT LCD is built into the cover, while the keyboard and touchpad are integrated into the base.
Designed for a 19-inch, 1U rack, the console has adjustable depth to fit different rack sizes. The display supports 1280 × 1024 resolution at 75 Hz and DDC2B. USB and PS/2 keyboard and mouse emulation are supported, and a built-in USB 1.1 port is available for an external mouse.
There is one direct computer connection. When cascaded with IOGEAR GCS1716 switches, the console can control up to 256 computers from a single keyboard, display and mouse setup.
