Indoor/outdoor rotatable
The TP-Link Tapo C246D is a dual-lens pan/tilt security camera for indoor and outdoor monitoring. Its fixed wide-angle lens covers a broad area while the movable telephoto lens can turn to follow activity, giving two views at once.
Both lenses record in 2K. The wide-angle lens has a 125° field of view and the telephoto lens a 6 mm focal length. Synchronized smart tracking lets the moving lens follow activity detected by the fixed one. Person, pet and vehicle detection are supported, and the built-in microphone and speaker provide two-way audio.
For night monitoring, choose colour vision with spotlights, infrared black-and-white vision, or automatic Smart Mode. The camera connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and has a microSD slot supporting cards up to 512 GB for local storage. Its IP65-rated housing and tabletop, wall, ceiling or pole mounting options allow it to be positioned for monitoring inside or outside the home.
