ASRock B550 Pro4 (AM4/B550, 4*DDR4, 2xPCIex16, HDMI/VGA, 6xSATA, 3xM.2, GLan, 7.1ch, ATX)

The ASRock B550 Pro4 is an ATX motherboard with the AMD B550 chipset and AM4 socket, designed for desktop builds using AMD Ryzen processors from the 3000, 3000 G, 4000 G, 5000 or 5000 G series. Its 30.5 × 24.4 cm board has four DDR4 slots with dual-channel memory support.

For expansion, it provides two PCIe x16 slots, whose operating modes depend on the installed processor, and two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. Six SATA3 connectors and two M.2 sockets provide storage options. One M.2 socket supports PCIe Gen4x4 with some processors or Gen3x4 with others; the second supports PCIe Gen3x2 and SATA3.

HDMI and D-Sub video outputs work when using integrated graphics in a supported Ryzen APU. The board also has Gigabit LAN, 7.1-channel HD Audio, and rear USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A and Type-C ports. An M.2 Key E socket accepts a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, which is not included. The combination of SATA3 and M.2 connections gives a desktop build several ways to connect storage, alongside wired networking.
