The Philips TAS5000EB/00 is a portable wireless mono speaker for listening to music at home or outdoors. Its 70 W maximum output (35 W RMS) is paired with Bass+ sound enhancement and two passive radiators for a bass-focused sound.
Stream over Bluetooth 5.4, connect two devices at once with multipoint, or play audio through the USB-C port. A built-in microphone supports hands-free calls.
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery is replaceable and offers up to 24 hours of playback. Philips specifies an IP67 rating and says the speaker driver can be submerged for up to 30 minutes at up to 1 m depth.
