My Book external hard drive

Western Digital My Book, WDBBGB0160HBK, is a desktop external hard drive for adding storage and keeping file backups in one place. Its 16 TB capacity provides room for a large collection of files, while the drive connects through Micro-B and supports USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.

The drive uses exFAT and is listed as ready to use with Windows 10 or later and macOS 11 or later. WD describes it as a way to free up space on a computer and make backups. Included device management and backup software offers ransomware protection.
