The Cudy GS1024 is a 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch for connecting wired devices through RJ45 ports. The manufacturer identifies the GS1024 3.0 version as unmanaged, with Default, VLAN and Extend modes for different network setups.
VLAN mode isolates ports 1–22 from one another. Extend mode supports transmission up to 250 metres on those ports, with speed capped at 10 Mbps. IGMP Snooping, loop prevention and DSCP/802.1p QoS are also provided.
The metal case and fanless cooling suit quiet network spaces. Place it on a desktop or mount it in a rack with brackets for office networks, surveillance setups and other wired installations.
