D-Link DPH-400EDM/E/F3 is an external key expansion module for compatible DPH IP phones. It adds programmable physical keys, providing direct access to call-handling controls.

Its 26 keys can be assigned functions such as voicemail, call forwarding, do not disturb, or SIP line selection. This puts frequently used functions and line choices on a separate panel.

Compatible models listed by D-Link include DPH-400S/E/F3, DPH-400SE/E/F3, DPH-150S/F3, and DPH-150SE/F3. Up to 2 modules can receive power directly from the connected IP phone. The extra controls suit small businesses and call centres where staff manage many calls.
