Z3 Heat Sink Compound Thermal

DeepCool Z3 thermal paste (DP-TIM-Z3-2) is made to support heat transfer between a processor and its cooler. DeepCool describes the paste as electrically non-conductive and suitable for most polished CPU cooler surfaces.

Its thermal conductivity is specified as greater than 3.5 W/m·K, with an operating temperature range of −50°C to 220°C. The silver-gray paste has a net weight of 1.5 g, making this a compact quantity for applying to a processor cooling surface.
