VMC-BNCM1 Adapter Cable

Sony VMC-BNCM1 Adapter Cable (A5051506A) connects a camera’s Multi/Micro USB terminal to the BNC output of a BNC cable, for matching camera time code with an external time-code output device.

At 0.2 m (0.6 ft) long, it provides a short connection between the camera and the BNC cable. Once both devices are set up for time-code matching, the camera can synchronize its time code to the external device.

Sony specifies this cable for the camera body covered by its Help Guide and says not to connect it to the Multi Terminal of other devices.
