The PowerWalker VFI 1500 CG PF1 (SKU 10122109) is a single-phase online tower UPS for supplying connected equipment with backup power. Its rated capacity is 1500 VA / 1500 W, with an output power factor of 1.00 and pure sine wave output.
A C14 input and four IEC C13 outputs provide the listed connections. The UPS supports loads with half-wave imbalance, such as the laser printers and ultrasound systems cited by the manufacturer.
