The Poly USB-C to USB-A Adapter (85Q49AA) provides a connection between USB-C and USB-A for supported Poly headset setups. HP lists it as an accessory for the Poly Blackwire 3220 Stereo USB-C Headset, making it a useful option for that headset configuration when a USB-C/A adapter is needed.
HP also lists the adapter with the Poly Savi 7320 UC Stereo DECT headset. These compatibility listings help identify the intended Poly headset use of this compact connection accessory. Its defining feature is the USB-C to USB-A conversion; the product page does not specify additional electrical or physical details.
