LogiLink UA0053 USB 2.0 Audio Adapter adds headphone, speaker and microphone connections to a computer through USB. It is a compact way to connect common 3.5 mm audio devices or provide an alternative when a computer’s sound card or audio port is faulty.
Separate 3.5 mm speaker/headphone and microphone jacks keep listening and voice input available through one adapter. The device offers virtual stereo 5.1-channel sound effects and a virtual speaker shifter; these are simulated audio effects rather than separate physical surround speakers.
UA0053 supports USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 and is described as plug and play, with no driver required. The product sheet lists Windows and Mac OS support. Package contents: one USB 2.0 audio adapter and one user manual.
