Usb 3.1 Type C To 2.5G

Lindy 43314 USB Type-C to 2.5G Ethernet Converter adds a wired network connection to a computer with a USB Type-C port. It is designed for Ethernet links up to 2.5 Gbps, with support for 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps connections as well.

The adapter uses USB 3.2, USB 3.1 Gen 1 or USB 3.0, with data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. Its male USB Type-C plug connects to the computer, while the female RJ45 socket takes an Ethernet cable. It draws power from the USB bus, so it does not need a separate power supply.

The manufacturer lists compatibility with USB Type-C computers running Windows, Mac or Linux, as well as Thunderbolt 3/4 ports. The aluminium housing measures 60 × 22 × 17 mm and is attached to a fixed 270 mm cable.
