Usb 3.1 Active Extension

The Lindy 43270 is a 5 m active USB extension cable for extending the connection between a computer and a peripheral. Its USB Type-C male connector plugs into the source, while the USB Type-A female socket accepts a peripheral cable.

Built-in active electronics support data rates up to 5 Gbit/s with USB 3.1 Gen 1 / USB 3.0. The cable draws power from the USB bus. Aluminium connector housings and tinned-copper conductors are specified for this model.

A 3.5/1.35 mm DC socket allows connection of an optional 5 V, 2 A power supply; this is not included. USB Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alternate Mode are not supported.
