USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet

Lindy 43298 USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Converter adds a wired network connection to a computer with a USB Type-A port. It is useful for notebooks and other computers without a built-in Ethernet socket, or where a wired connection is preferred.

The adapter has a male USB Type-A input and female RJ45 output for connecting to an Ethernet cable. It supports 10/100/1000BASE-T and full- and half-duplex modes. Its USB 3.0 / USB 3.1 Gen 1 interface supports data rates up to 5 Gbps.

The converter draws power from the USB bus, so it does not require an external power supply. PXE and Wake on LAN are also supported. Its aluminium housing measures 25 × 58 × 17 mm and connects by a fixed 135 mm cable.
