USB 3.0 Active Extension, 5m

Lindy 43155 USB 3.0 Active Extension, 5m extends a USB Type-A connection so compatible devices can be placed farther from a PC, laptop or tablet. Its 5 m length and built-in active electronics support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps.

A USB Type-A male plug connects to the host, while the USB Type-A female socket accepts the device. The cable is USB bus-powered, with a round black PVC jacket measuring 5.3 mm in diameter and tinned-copper conductors.

Use it to position Type-A storage devices or webcams at a greater distance. Devices with high power requirements need their own power supply.

Package contents: one 5 m USB 3.0 active extension cable.
