Usb 2.0 Active Extension

The Lindy 42817 USB 2.0 Active Extension adds 5 m to a USB connection, letting you place a USB device farther from a computer. Built-in active electronics extend the connection while supporting USB 2.0 data transfer.

A USB Type-A plug on one end and a USB Type-A socket on the other connect the cable between a computer and a peripheral. It supports transfer rates up to 480 Mbit/s and works with computers that have a USB Type-A port. Its slim housing is useful where connector space is limited.

For a longer run, connect up to five extensions in series for a combined distance of up to 25 m. The black cable is 5 m long and has a PVC jacket.
