UniFi 5G Max Modem

Ubiquiti UniFi 5G Max (U5G-MAX) is a 5G modem for adding mobile internet to a UniFi network. It can serve as a primary connection or provide failover when another internet link is unavailable.

The modem supports dual SIM and eSIM, offering flexibility in how a mobile data connection is provisioned. Ubiquiti describes adoption and automatic setup through a UniFi PoE port, so it can be incorporated into a compatible UniFi deployment.

Its stated peak 5G speed is up to 3.4 Gbps. This gives the connection capacity for demanding network use, subject to mobile service and network conditions.
