U/UTP CAT6 5M Outdoor use

The MicroConnect B-UTP605SOUT is a 5 m Cat6 network patch cable for outdoor installations. Its round black U/UTP cable has male RJ45 connectors at both ends for making network connections.

Solid 24/1 AWG conductors use copper-clad aluminium. The double polyethylene outer jacket is described as resistant to water and UV radiation, supporting use outdoors. The cable is specified for 250 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 cables.

Connector boots help prevent kinks and provide strain relief and latch protection. Listed uses include connecting surveillance cameras and routing network links along building facades, in gardens or at campsites.
