ASUS TUF Gaming H1 Gen II (90YH044B-BHUA00) is a wired USB gaming headset for PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Its USB Type-A connection links it to a compatible system, while virtual 7.1 surround sound adds a sense of space to game audio.
The headset has 40 mm ASUS Essence drivers and a unidirectional microphone described by ASUS as TeamSpeak-certified. Controls on the cable let you adjust volume, mute the microphone, operate virtual surround sound and control the lighting without reaching for the connected device.
A metal suspension headband is part of the design, and the complete headset weighs 297 g. The removable ear cushions are listed as resistant to alcohol and hypochlorous acid, which is useful for everyday cleaning. In black, the headset has single-colour LED lighting and a 2 m cable for wired gaming and voice communication on a computer or supported PlayStation console.
