The Moxa TN-4528A-16PoE-4GPoE-WV-CT-T is a managed Ethernet switch for railway rolling-stock networks. Its port mix brings together 16 PoE 10/100 ports, 4 PoE Gigabit ports and 8 additional 10/100 ports, supporting connections for network devices that need both data and PoE power.

The PoE ports use M12 connectors: D-coded 4-pin on the 16 10/100 ports and X-coded 8-pin on the 4 Gigabit ports. The switch supports IEEE 802.3af/at, with up to 30 W per PoE port and a 120 W total PoE budget. Layer 2 management features include VLAN, QoS and SNMP, with configuration available through web, CLI or console interfaces.

The CT-T variant has PCB conformal coating and an operating temperature range of -40 to 70°C. Its metal housing measures 347.8 × 115 × 122.3 mm and is rated IP42.
