The OWC Thunderbolt 5 Hub (OWCTB5HUB5P) expands a single host connection into three Thunderbolt 5 ports and one USB-A port, bringing storage, displays and peripherals together at a workstation.
With a Thunderbolt 5 host, the hub supports up to 80 Gb/s bidirectional data transfer and up to 120 Gb/s for video bandwidth. It can deliver up to 140 W of power to a connected notebook, helping keep a compatible computer powered while connected devices share the hub.
OWC lists support for up to three 8K displays, subject to the host computer’s capabilities. The hub also supports Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, USB4 and USB-C hosts; available bandwidth varies with the connection standard.
Included in the package is a certified 0.8 m OWC Thunderbolt 5 (USB-C) cable.
