The AXIS TD4802-E Weathershield (03007-001) is a weather shield for a strobe speaker, designed to help its light remain easier to perceive in direct sunlight.
By improving visibility of the strobe light in bright conditions, the shield helps the visual alert stand out when sunlight could make it harder to see. It also protects the speaker from solar radiation and supports temperature regulation.
Axis lists the AXIS D4200-VE Network Strobe Speaker as a compatible product. Screws are included for fitting the shield.
