TAPE, BACK PROOF

Canon CB5-3697-000 Back Proof Tape is a service replacement part listed for the EOS 5D Mark IV. It is identified in Canon’s parts list as “TAPE, BACK PROOF,” making it a specific component for repair or parts replacement in that camera.

The catalogue lists one piece of this class A part. Its designation distinguishes it from the separately listed double-sided back tape and front proof tape, so this reference describes the back proof tape only.

Use this part reference when sourcing the named component for an EOS 5D Mark IV service repair.
