St4000Nt001 Internal Hard

The Seagate IronWolf Pro ST4000NT001 is a 4 TB, 3.5-inch hard drive for adding storage to a compatible desktop, server or NAS system. Its SATA 6 Gb/s interface connects it to systems designed for that drive format, while CMR recording provides conventional magnetic storage.

A 7,200 RPM spindle and 256 MB cache are specified for this model. Seagate lists it for commercial and enterprise NAS use, including multi-bay storage, and rates its workload limit at 550 TB per year. Built-in rotational vibration sensors are included for operation in storage systems where drives may experience vibration.
