SSD 960GB 6G SFF SATA MU-3 SC

The HPE 872520-001-RFB is a refurbished 960GB SSD for storage systems that use 2.5-inch SFF drives with SATA connectivity. It is the refurbished variant of the HPE 960GB 6G SFF SATA MU-3 SC drive.

With a 6Gb/sec SATA interface, the drive is designed for mixed-use-3 (MU-3) workloads, combining read and write operations rather than focusing on read-intensive use.

It is fitted in a Smart Carrier (SC) and supports hot-plug installation. This format is intended for compatible systems with hot-plug 2.5-inch SFF bays, so the drive can be installed or replaced without taking the entire system out of operation.

Its firmware is digitally signed. The capacity, SFF format and MU-3 classification suit compatible server and storage configurations with SC hot-plug bays.
