SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5"

The Samsung 870 EVO MZ-77E250B/EU is a 250 GB solid-state drive for compatible desktop PCs and laptops. Its 2.5-inch form factor makes it suitable for systems with a standard SATA drive bay and connection.

The SATA 6 Gb/s interface is also compatible with SATA 3 Gb/s and SATA 1.5 Gb/s interfaces. Samsung specifies sequential speeds of up to 560 MB/s read and 530 MB/s write; the stated write rate is measured with Intelligent TurboWrite enabled.

The drive measures 100 × 69.85 × 6.8 mm and weighs approximately 45 g. Its storage uses Samsung V-NAND 3-bit MLC, an MKX controller and 512 MB of low-power DDR4 SDRAM cache.
