The HPE P21131-S21 is an 800GB solid-state drive for servers and storage arrays, designed for enterprise mixed workloads.

Its SAS interface has a stated transfer rate of 12Gb/s. The 2.5-inch Small Form Factor (SFF) fits compact server bays, and the Smart Carrier (SC) format supports installation and replacement in compatible systems.

The Mixed Use (MU) classification is intended to balance read and write operations. Listed compatibility covers HPE Gen 10 and Gen 10+ servers. The drive can support enterprise applications such as database management, virtualization and transactional processing, as well as server and data-centre infrastructure requiring SAS and 800GB capacity.
