HP P23100-001 SPS-BASE ENCLOSURE SDB 83W is the Shadow Black bottom cover for an HP OMEN 16-ap0xxx laptop. It forms the laptop’s lower outer enclosure and is identified in HP’s service guide as the cover for the 83 Whr configuration.

The part number distinguishes this version from the Shadow Black cover for the 70 Whr configuration, which has a different part number. The guide describes removal by loosening four captive screws at the rear, removing two screws at the front, and releasing the cover edges with a nonmarking, nonconductive tool. Replacement follows the reverse procedure.
