SPRING, COMPRESSION

Canon MS1-2594-000 compression spring is a replacement part for the front unit of the imageFORMULA DR-C125 scanner. Canon’s parts catalog identifies it by this exact part number and shows it at position 2 in the front unit assembly.

The catalog lists one spring for this position. Its compression-spring design is intended to work by compressing under force and pressing back toward its original length, a basic mechanical action used in assemblies that need spring pressure. The distributor listing also names the imageFORMULA DR-C125 as a compatible model.

This is a small service component for maintaining or repairing the scanner’s front unit. The available part information does not specify dimensions or further material details.
