Smart Array P420

The HPE Smart Array P420 is a RAID controller for connecting storage drives in a server. The P420 board is a low-profile PCIe x8 SAS controller, designed to fit a compatible expansion slot.

It provides two internal x8 wide mini-SAS ports for drive connections. The controller supports transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s for SAS and SATA, giving a server an interface for these storage types.
