The Yealink SIP-T73U is a business IP phone for SIP voice communications, with support for up to 12 SIP accounts. Its 2.8-inch colour display has a backlight and 320 × 240 resolution, making call and account information easy to view.

HD voice is available through both the handset and speaker. The handset is hearing-aid compatible. For network connection, the phone provides dual-port Gigabit Ethernet and supports Power over Ethernet. Wi-Fi can be added through the WF50 (V1) adapter.

A USB 2.0 port supports a USB headset and USB call recording. The package includes the phone, handset with cord, Ethernet cable, stand and quick-start guide. The power adapter and wall-mount bracket are listed as optional.
