Yealink W57R is a ruggedized DECT handset for wireless Voice-over-IP calls, suited to mobile communication around a workplace. Its IP54 rating and rubberized surface are designed for dusty settings and splashes, and the handset is specified to withstand falls of up to 3.5 m.
A 1.8-inch 128 × 160 TFT color screen presents the phone interface. HD audio, Flexible Noise Reduction and a vibration alarm support calling in busy or noisy environments. The handset works with Yealink W70B single-cell bases and W80/W90 multi-cell systems; the manufacturer states that third-party DECT devices are not compatible.
