RS Rail Kit Fixed 1U

Synology Rail Kit Fixed 1U RKM114 is a fixed rail solution for installing compatible Synology 1U RackStation models in a rack. Its fixed design provides a way to mount supported equipment without a sliding rail mechanism.

The kit covers two rack-depth ranges: 570–720 mm and 570–810 mm, with the suitable range depending on the RackStation model. The rack must have mount posts at least 450 mm wide and a panel at least 480 mm wide.

Synology lists models such as RS422+ for the shorter depth range and RS822+ for the longer one. This makes RKM114 useful for rack installation across a range of supported 1U RackStations, subject to the specified rack dimensions and model compatibility.
